I want to take a moment to pass along some positive feedback from my experience working with NestVT recently. She learned about us from casual conversations and used what she learned to find the perfect house for us. She was attentive and responsive throughout the entire process and was always willing to meet us “just one more time” to look at this house or that one. She has a natural sales approach that is not forced or phony but rather genuine and specific to our buy factors. When we were hit with a HUGE surprise from the owners of the house we were all set to rent, Stephanie was apologetic and truly empathized with the situation they put us in. It was clear that she cared about our best interest and immediately found replacement properties for us to view but all it took was one. We decided on the first house she took us to after we lost the opportunity to rent the initial house we were set on. Rentals is a service that’s important to professional families like mine who know nothing of the area and who don’t know how long they’ll live in the Green Mountain State. You have a true asset in Stephanie and I want you both to know how happy we were working with her.
