Nest VT provides exceptional service and value — my wife and I hired Stephanie to help market our rental unit (in our owner-occupied duplex) to prospective new tenants. The process was smooth and hassle-free for us, even though it was all happening in the hectic early days of the pandemic.

Stephanie was so thoughtful about how to make everything as safe and convenient as it could possibly be for all involved. And she did a great job communicating with us, taking photos, recording a virtual “video walkthrough” — and then marketing the unit online through various channels.

The process could not have been simpler. We consider hiring Nest VT an investment that is worth its weight in gold. Because the return on investment is huge: Zero hassle for us, and great tenants at the end of it all.
